We’re pleased to introduce a valuable addition to the Speco team: Andrew Persoff, who now serves as the Technical Support Manager. Andrew boasts a diverse background, which began during his time at SUNY Stony Brook, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in History and Social Science, with a minor in education.
Following his graduation, he dedicated nearly two decades to teaching within the New York City Department of Education. Simultaneously, while still working as an educator, he embarked on a part-time journey at Apple Inc., gradually progressing to positions such as Specialist, Genius, Lead Genius, New Store Opening Mentor, and At Home Team Lead in Applecare.
On a personal note, Andrew is a devoted father to two wonderful daughters, Madelyn and Lucia, who greatly influence his decision-making, and he is happily married to his wife, Johami, who he calls his “rock”. We are eagerly looking forward to witnessing how Andrew will positively impact and transform the technical support team.
