Securitas Technology, Ambient.ai Partner on Global Reseller Agreement for AI-Driven Physical Security
Securitas Technology and Ambient.ai announce a global partnership to deliver AI-driven, intelligence-led physical security solutions that enable real-time threat detection and automated response.
Securitas Technology and Ambient.ai have announced a global reseller agreement aimed at bringing AI-powered physical security capabilities to organizations worldwide. Through the partnership, Securitas Technology will offer the Ambient.ai platform to its global client base, expanding access to what the companies describe as agentic physical security.
The Ambient.ai platform is designed to shift traditional security operations toward proactive threat detection and automation. According to the announcement, the system enables AI to continuously perceive, understand and act on real-world events in real time alongside human operators.
Securitas Technology said the agreement aligns with its broader strategy to advance intelligence-led security. The company pointed to its experience in integrated physical security solutions and its portfolio of technologies, which now includes the Ambient.ai platform alongside offerings such as the SecureStat® Cumulus AI cloud video surveillance solution.

Ambient.ai said the agreement will help scale adoption of its platform and accelerate the transition from manual, reactive security operations to AI-driven systems.

The companies described the partnership as a response to growing challenges in physical security. Enterprises have invested heavily in cameras, access control and monitoring infrastructure, but the volume and complexity of security data have outpaced traditional tools. Legacy systems, the announcement noted, were designed to record and retrieve information rather than interpret and act on it in real time.
By integrating AI into these environments, the partnership aims to close that gap by enabling systems that continuously analyze context and respond to events as they happen. Securitas Technology will also provide integration, orchestration and lifecycle support to help clients deploy and operationalize the platform across their existing security infrastructure.
Together, the companies said they will combine Securitas Technology’s global experience with Ambient.ai’s AI platform to help organizations transition to intelligence-led security operations that are designed to be faster, more accurate and scalable.
