Michael Schulte brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across technology, industrial and private equity-backed businesses to IQSIGHT.
IQSIGHT, formerly Bosch Video Systems, has appointed Michael J. Schulte as chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1.
Schulte will lead IQSIGHT’s global business and report to Chairman Steve Shine. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across technology, industrial and private equity-backed businesses.
Most recently, Schulte served as executive vice president and president of the Safety Solutions Group at Clarience Technologies. He previously served as president of Safe Fleet, where he helped drive growth, acquisitions and a successful private equity exit.
Earlier in his career, Schulte held senior leadership positions at Atkore International, Danaher Corporation and Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
“Over the past months, we have worked closely with the leadership team to define a clear strategic direction for IQSIGHT and position the business for its next phase of growth,” Shine said. “With that foundation in place, this is the right time for Michael to take the helm.”
Shine cited Schulte’s experience in execution, business transformation and delivering results as factors in the appointment.
“His leadership style, operational discipline and customer focus make him the ideal person to translate our strategy into action and unlock the full potential of IQSIGHT,” Shine said.
Schulte said he plans to build on the work already underway at the company.

IQSIGHT said Schulte and Shine will work together to build on the company’s existing foundation while maintaining continuity for customers and partners and pursuing the company’s next phase of growth.
