ADI Global awards Hikvision 'Best Sales Support North America 2017'

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. — Jan. 22, 2018– Hikvision USA Inc., a leading provider of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and other emerging technologies, and the world’s largest manufacturer of video surveillance products and solutions, received the award for "Best Sales Support North America 2017" from ADI Global.

Hikvision has invested heavily in field teams throughout North America. Staffed with experienced professionals, the teams work closely with distributor partners including ADI branch office personnel and ADI outside sales managers.

In the past, Hikvision has won several awards as a partner with ADI. They include: ADI Vendor of the Year Global 2016; ADI Vendor of the Year Canada 2015; and, ADI Vendor of the Year US 2014.

In 2017, Hikvision experienced significant growth and expanded its customer base in North America. "Partnerships are the key to our success. We will continue to build positive momentum with ADI and all of our other partners in 2018,” said Jeffrey He, President, Hikvision USA Inc. and Hikvision Canada Inc.

Hikvision received the award at the ADI Global Vendor Symposium, which took place at the ADI’s 2018 Kickoff Expo and Vendor Symposium in Orlando, Fla. on Jan. 11. Each year, ADI recognizes key suppliers across North America for their support and contributions toward the growth and success of ADI. Vendors are evaluated based on field support, inside sales support, customer service, distribution management and support, new product introductions and training.

This year the Vendor Symposium brought together more than 250 ADI managers, including branch managers, regional account sales managers, senior sales & marketing management, as well as key senior managers from Europe, United Kingdom and India.
