Digital Watchdog Launches Cloud-Based myDW Health Monitoring Service

Digital Watchdog (DW) has launched its myDW Health Monitoring Service (HMS), a cloud-based platform designed to help managed service providers and end users monitor the health and performance of DW surveillance systems.
The service provides centralized tools to oversee system status, generate alerts and reports, and manage video sharing through the cloud. The platform is intended to help reduce unnecessary maintenance, limit downtime and improve overall system oversight.
DW positions myDW HMS as a way for dealers to transition toward managed services by remotely monitoring installed systems and identifying potential performance issues before they require on-site intervention. The platform includes automated alerts triggered by changes in camera views or system performance and enables users to store and share video clips via cloud-based links.
The service supports centralized management of multiple DW systems through a single interface and single sign-on access. Features include centralized user management, hardware inventory and hard drive health monitoring, recording and camera status verification and customizable system reporting.
Additional capabilities include CVV (Camera View Verification), PathFinder peer-to-peer remote connection, roaming profiles, multi-factor authentication and 24/7 system health monitoring. The platform is accessible through a web browser or mobile application.
The Health Monitoring Service is designed to scale from single-site installations to large, multi-system environments, offering real-time alerts, incident management tools and video sharing capabilities for internal users and external stakeholders.
The myDW Health Monitoring Service is now available.
