Yale and Master Lock Introduce New Pro Smart Locks
Yale is adding three new smart locks to its Yale Pro 2 portfolio for multifamily applications, while Master Lock is rolling out two smart lock models developed for commercial environments.
Yale and Master Lock have introduced new professional-grade smart lock solutions aimed at multifamily residential and commercial building applications, the companies announced. Both brands are part of Fortune Brands Innovations.
Yale is expanding its Yale Pro 2 lineup with three new smart locks designed for multifamily housing, while Master Lock is launching two new smart locks intended for commercial use. The companies said the products are available exclusively to professional customers and are designed to integrate with a wide range of smart building and access platforms.
According to Fortune Brands Innovations, the new offerings are designed to support scalable access control across apartments, shared amenities and commercial facilities, combining keyless entry with centralized management and system integration.

The expanded Yale Pro 2 line includes new interconnected, mortise and cylindrical lock options intended for residential units and shared spaces such as gyms, mailrooms and lobbies. The company said the locks are designed to adapt to varying door hardware and regional code requirements while supporting faster deployment for property managers.
Master Lock’s new smart locks include cylindrical and mortise models designed for small and mid-sized commercial environments. The company said the locks are built for high-traffic areas and support integration with smart building and alarm systems using open standards such as Z-Wave Plus and Zigbee.
Across both product lines, Yale and Master Lock highlighted features including large-scale access code management, built-in alarms, automatic locking, remote access capabilities and compatibility with multiple connectivity options.
The new Yale Pro 2 and Master Lock smart lock solutions are now available for purchase by professional customers, including multifamily property managers and commercial facility operators.
