dormakaba has introduced the EasyAssist Low Energy Operator, a door automation solution designed to provide controlled, low-energy motion for improved accessibility and user safety.

The operator is suited for a range of applications including offices, medical facilities, hotels, retail stores, schools and multifamily residential buildings. It is designed to automate both standard doors and fire-rated doors.

EasyAssist offers four operating modes along with additional configurable functions. In automatic mode, doors can be activated using switches such as push plates or touchless wave plates.

The unit is designed for straightforward planning and installation, with a compact form factor intended to integrate into various door configurations. The low-energy operation supports compliance with accessibility requirements while delivering consistent door performance.
