Per Mar acquires Wisconsin company

Per Mar Security Services, based in Davenport, Iowa, acquired Ogren Electronics, Eagle River, Wis., effective December 6, 2012. The acquired company was owned and operated by Terra Nova who owned Ogren Electronics.
Ogren Electronics offered full service electronic security, including burglary, fire, CCTV and access control. Per Mar, a central station company, will continue to offer these services and the operation will move into its existing Wausau offices. The acquisition will add approximately 250 alarm accounts to Per Mar's Wausau operation, where Electronic Security General Manager Ken Nerison will oversee the transition.
Operating from offices throughout the Midwest, the company’s home office is located in Davenport, with 20 branch offices located throughout Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska.
