Rhombus has announced a partnership with CENTEGIX to integrate the companies' safety and security platforms, enabling organizations across education, healthcare, government and commercial sectors to respond more quickly to emergencies with synchronized alerts, live video and automated security actions.

The integration connects the CENTEGIX CrisisAlert wearable panic button with the Rhombus cloud platform. When a staff member activates a CrisisAlert badge, the Rhombus Console automatically displays the relevant camera feeds for the precise floor and room location, giving security teams immediate visual context without requiring them to manually locate camera views or switch between systems.

Garrett Larsson of Rhombus said the goal is to eliminate delays during critical incidents by automatically displaying the correct camera feeds as soon as an alert is triggered. "When seconds matter most, operators shouldn't be hunting for the right camera feed. Our integration with CENTEGIX means the moment an alert fires, Rhombus is already showing you exactly what's happening."

The companies said the integration is intended to address the gap between receiving an alert and understanding exactly where an incident is occurring and what is happening. CrisisAlert provides room-level location accuracy while Rhombus adds live video, allowing operators to move from notification to informed response more quickly.

CENTEGIX CEO Brent Cobb said pairing precise location data with live video gives responders greater situational awareness by leveraging existing camera infrastructure. "Speed and precision save lives. CrisisAlert already pinpoints exactly where help is needed, down to the room. Our partnership with Rhombus brings live video to that same moment, leveraging existing camera investments to give responders the situational awareness to see what is happening and act without hesitation. In addition to automatically surfacing the appropriate camera feeds, the integration enables Rhombus Alarm Monitoring to escalate incidents with live video verification, providing first responders with a real-time view before they arrive on scene. It also coordinates CENTEGIX's on-site alerts, including strobes, intercom announcements and screen takeovers, with Rhombus platform notifications for a synchronized response. Safety Blueprint digital incident maps and the Rhombus camera network further provide operators and first responders with a more complete view of facilities during emergencies.

The integration also supports automated lockdowns through Rhombus Access Control. When a CrisisAlert badge is activated, designated entry points and zones can be secured automatically while administrators retain visibility and override control through the Rhombus Console. At the same time, CENTEGIX's on-site alerts direct staff and students to follow established safety protocols.

The partnership adds Rhombus to the CENTEGIX Platform Partner Program, an ecosystem of more than 80 integrated safety and security technologies. CENTEGIX said it protects more than 18,000 locations and 18 million people across all 50 states, including four of the 10 largest U.S. school districts.

The integration is available through the Rhombus Console for Rhombus customers, while Rhombus is now available as a certified platform partner for CENTEGIX customers.
