Aiphone to Showcase Expanded AiphoneCloud Remote Management and AC Nio 3.3 at ISC West 2026
Aiphone will highlight expanded AiphoneCloud Remote Management capabilities and introduce AC Nio 3.3 at ISC West 2026, demonstrating new features designed to enhance remote system configuration and improve access control functionality for commercial and property management environments.
At Booth #18109, attendees will be able to see live demonstrations of AiphoneCloud Remote Management alongside the company’s portfolio of intercom and access control solutions built for a range of vertical markets. Aiphone develops security communications technology designed to create safer and more connected environments, offering a broad portfolio that ranges from audio intercoms to IP video intercoms and access control systems used in residential, commercial, educational and emergency settings worldwide.
Expanded Remote Management for Commercial Deployments
The latest updates to AiphoneCloud expand remote configuration capabilities for the IX | IXG Series IP Video Intercoms. The updates support SIP integration, IP camera and video management system functionality, allowing security professionals to remotely configure systems with greater flexibility.
Technicians can now program key features of the IP video intercom series remotely, including speed dial buttons, call destinations and transfer routing. The platform also introduces a redesigned interface intended to make commercial and multi-tenant deployments faster and more efficient.
“We listen closely to what our dealers and customers need, and that feedback is behind every improvement we make,” said Sean Peterson, director of product and marketing at Aiphone. “What we are bringing to ISC West this year is a direct reflection of that commitment to making our platforms work better for the people who rely on them every day.”
Property Managers Gain Greater Platform Access
AiphoneCloud’s Remote Management capabilities now allow security professionals to invite property managers directly into the platform and assign them varying levels of access.
Property managers can receive basic access to manage tenant information and mobile app enrollment or advanced permissions for intercom programming and device management. The approach allows property managers to handle routine site operations while integrators maintain overall control of the system.
AC Nio 3.3 Adds Automation and Identity Integration
The AC Nio 3.3 update introduces several enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and security for integrators and end users.
New features include automated access control workflows designed to support visitor management, automated scheduled reports, Microsoft Entra ID integration and expanded credential support for system takeovers. These updates aim to strengthen identity and access management while helping organizations maximize their existing investments.
AC Nio licensing is now managed entirely within AiphoneCloud, eliminating the need for a separate portal.
Unified Mobile Experience
For sites using both IX | IXG Series IP Video Intercoms and AC Nio Access Control, AC Key functionality is now integrated into the IXG Mobile app. The integration allows users to manage intercom communication and access control from a single mobile application.
User enrollment has also been simplified, allowing individuals to register through a secure email invitation link generated from AiphoneCloud.
