Avant-Garde Systems, recently acquired by global access solutions provider dormakaba, presented its expanded secured entry capabilities at ISC West 2026.
The company demonstrated how organizations can deploy secured entry systems through a full lifecycle approach that spans solution selection, installation, commissioning, service and long-term system optimization.
The addition of Avant-Garde Systems strengthens dormakaba’s secured entry portfolio while expanding resources available to customers across the entire project journey. Together, the organizations aim to support customers from early-stage planning through installation, commissioning and ongoing service, with the goal of simplifying deployment of secured entry infrastructure while improving reliability and long-term performance.
At ISC West, Avant-Garde’s booth experience guided visitors through the secured entry lifecycle and illustrate how organizations can work with a partner that supports projects from concept through long-term operational support. The exhibit included a live demonstration of an Alvarado Argus optical turnstile integrated with dormakaba’s IoT solution, showing how connected secured entry systems can deliver operational insights that support preventative maintenance and improved system performance.
“Organizations today are looking for more than just a product. They want a partner that can help them deliver secure, reliable entry solutions from start to finish,” said John Cocking, Vice President of Sales at Avant-Garde Systems Inc. “By combining Avant-Garde’s secured entry expertise with the global resources of dormakaba, we’re able to support our customers and partners with even greater scale, capability, and long-term commitment.”
The company also highlighted its project management and installation expertise through visual demonstrations of real-world deployments and service operations across a range of facility types including data centers, corporate and healthcare campuses, government facilities, critical infrastructure environments, distribution and fulfillment centers and airports.
