Zenitel has introduced Zenitel Cloud Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM), a cloud-enabled extension to Zenitel Connect Pro that adds centralized remote monitoring, maintenance and lifecycle management capabilities for the company's communication systems across multi-site onshore environments.

The new solution extends Zenitel Connect Pro, which unifies intercom, public address, voice alarm, IP speakers and related communication technologies into a single operational platform. With the addition of Zenitel Cloud RMM, organizations can centrally oversee system health, perform diagnostics and proactively manage communication infrastructure throughout its lifecycle.

As organizations increasingly depend on connected communication infrastructure to support safety, security and operational continuity, Zenitel said remote monitoring and maintenance capabilities have become increasingly important. The company said Zenitel Cloud RMM is designed to improve operational assurance while reducing maintenance costs and operational downtime through cloud-based remote monitoring and management.

Designed for multi-site deployments, Zenitel Cloud RMM provides centralized visibility and management across connected Zenitel devices. Features include real-time monitoring of device and system health, a centralized overview of multiple sites, proactive alerts and notifications, remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, and firmware and lifecycle management.

According to Zenitel, the platform reduces the need for on-site interventions while enabling faster issue resolution, helping organizations improve operational efficiency and maintain continuous system availability.

Zenitel said Cloud RMM was developed with cybersecurity and operational resilience in mind. The platform uses secure cloud communication principles and aligns with recognized frameworks and governance practices including GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 principles.
