Triton Finalizes Acquisition of Bosch Security Business
European investment firm Triton has completed its acquisition of Bosch’s security and communications technology product business as of June 30. The standalone entity will operate under the new name KEENFINITY Group.
The KEENFINITY branding was first introduced at ISC West 2025 in Las Vegas. During the event, Bosch unveiled the new company identity with a soft launch, including signage at its booth. While the parent company will be known as KEENFINITY, Bosch’s product names will continue for a transitional period following the acquisition, which was first announced in December 2024.
At ISC West, the company also reintroduced Radionix — a legacy intrusion detection brand — for its intrusion panels, signaling the beginning of a phased rebranding for specific product lines.
KEENFINITY brings together leading brands in video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm systems and professional communications. These include Bosch, Electro‑Voice, Dynacord, RTS and Telex. Product development and manufacturing will continue at its facilities in Germany, Portugal, Mexico and China.
Triton states the acquisition aligns with its strategy to support and develop market-leading companies in security and building technologies.
For fiscal year 2024, the business reported approximately $1.1 billion (€1 billion) in revenue and employed over 4,200 people globally.
