Paul Anderson Joins Marlin as V.P. of Core Operations
Marlin Central Monitoring, a leading provider of state of the art central station monitoring, has announced the appointment of Paul Anderson as its new Vice President of Core Operations. The addition of Anderson follows the recent acquisition of Marlin by Security Networks.
Anderson is an experienced information technology executive, with more than 20 years of experience in company operations, strategic focus and general oversight of customer care and end-to-end customer experience.
In his new position, Anderson's responsibilities include maintaining and managing effective customer care teams, developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, and building collaborative relationships inside and outside of customer care, including close partnerships with marketing, IT, public relations, legal, and other functional groups.
"Marlin provides best in class central station monitoring, a talented team with great vision, and a tremendous market opportunity," said Anderson. "I'm proud to join a company that values its employees and I look forward to building upon the momentum Marlin has created, exceeding customer expectations and positioning the company for future growth."
Most recently, Anderson held the position of Managing Director at e-MOTION Management Systems, Inc in West Harwich, Ma. Prior to e-MOTION, Anderson served as Director of Customer Service for Securities Technology Group (Sensormatic). In that position, he built and maintained high performance teams, executed customer care strategies that provided targeted service delivery to customers, and created incentive programs for employees, which eliminated supervision, saved on overhead and boosted company morale.
"Paul brings with him over twenty years of experience and expertise that will be important to Marlin's continuing growth," said Richard Perry, Security Networks president and CEO. "He has proven himself as a dedicated and successful team player, and we are very excited to welcome Paul to the Marlin team."
