Pye‑Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Red E Fire Protection, boosting its full-service fire-protection presence in the Las Vegas market.

Red E Fire Protection provides commercial fire-sprinkler service, inspection and maintenance of fire pumps and hydrants, plus emergency lighting inspections, fire-extinguisher sales and recharges.

Tom Valenti, co-owner of Red E Fire Protection, said the company has been built “on a foundation of exceptional service and fast response to our customers’ fire protection needs,” and that joining Pye-Barker will allow the firm to “continue delivering that same level of service while expanding our integrated life-safety offerings.”

Co-owner Vaughn Valenti added that Pye-Barker’s “people-first culture spoke to us when considering this move” and expressed confidence that both customers and team members will be well served under Pye-Barker’s umbrella.

Pye-Barker CEO Bart Proctor said welcoming Red E into the team “is an honor” and that the Las Vegas firm’s fire-protection excellence and customer-service reputation “aligns perfectly with our values.” He said the experienced team and solid reputation in the Las Vegas market will be a valuable addition to the Pye-Barker organization.

Red E Fire Protection’s technicians will continue to support customers in Nevada under the new ownership agreement.

Legal advisor to Pye-Barker in the transaction was the law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP.
