Elite Interactive Expands Executive Team Following PE Investment
Elite Interactive Solutions, a Los Angeles-based provider of remote video guarding services, has announced the appointment of three new executives to support the company’s innovation and strategic growth. The additions follow a recent investment from CIVC Partners and the promotion of Michael Zatulov to CEO.
Jonathan Schwan joins Elite as Chief Financial Officer after more than 16 years with CIBC Bank USA, where he served as Managing Director and Group Portfolio Manager for the Security Industry Group. Schwan brings nearly two decades of financial leadership and experience advising companies in the security and life safety sectors.
Thomas Stone III has been named Chief Security Officer following a 27-year career with the Los Angeles Police Department and nearly 30 years in law enforcement. He concluded his LAPD service as Sergeant II for the Metropolitan Division Armory and also served for almost 25 years in the U.S. Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. At Elite, Stone will oversee the Security Operations Command Center and lead the company’s Law Enforcement Executive Board, which connects with agencies nationwide to strengthen partnerships in crime prevention.
Eran Yaniv joins as Vice President of Engineering. A Computer Science graduate from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, Yaniv previously held product leadership roles at PayPal, eBay, HP and Mercury Interactive. He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, product development, and engineering, and is based in Idaho.
