Chris Triolo joins Respond Software

Triolo will provide hands-on leadership as the company redefines Security Operations by powering the Self-Driving SOC through world-class solutions

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – November 6, 2017 – Respond Software, a leader in Cybersecurity Expert Systems, has announced that Chris Triolo has joined Respond Software as VP of Customer Success. In his new role, Triolo will provide hands-on leadership as the company redefines Security Operations by powering the Self-Driving SOC™ through world class solutions.

Triolo brings 20 years of information security industry experience to Respond. Starting as a practitioner and growing into managerial roles, his leadership has helped such industry stalwarts as ForeScout, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and ArcSight.  As an Information Security practitioner his insights into Security Operations, SIEM monitoring and reporting, intrusion detection technology and analysis, vulnerability and threat assessment will be invaluable to Respond’s clients.

Before joining Respond Software, Triolo served as Vice President, Professional Services at  ForeScout where he helped elevate the Professional Services organization to a strategic role within the company, driving customer success with ForeScout product solutions. Prior to ForeScout, he was global Vice President of Professional Services and Support for HP Software Enterprise Security Products (ESP).   In this role, he oversaw the sales and delivery of services and support solutions for the HP ESP product suite that helps customers build a capability to manage security and compliance requirements in their enterprise.  

Before HPE, Chris had spent five years with IBM Global Services, leading IBM’s Security Intelligence and Security Operations teams providing threat intelligence, intrusion detection, and vulnerability assessment offerings to IBM’s Managed Security Service (MSS) customer set.  Prior to that, Chris spent five years with Northrop Grumman TASC, providing information security support to various Department of Defense and government customers including Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) Space Warfare Center, United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) Computer Network Attack and Defense, Air Force Information Warfare Center (AFIWC), and others.

Chris is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
