Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Georgia-based fire safety company Southeastern System Services. This strategic addition supports Pye-Barker's fire protection services and enhances customer offerings throughout the Southeast.

Southeastern System Services offers fire protection, including fire retardants, alarms, and suppression systems, across Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Its effective fire control solutions include water mist, high-expansion foam, dry chemical, and carbon dioxide systems. Southeastern System Services also offers eco-friendly fire suppression systems made with clean agents designed to avoid harm to the environment.

In addition, the company installs, repairs, and maintains state-of-the-art security and surveillance systems with highly effective access control and intrusion detection, including remote video transmission and CCTV systems.

"I'm confident that joining Pye-Barker is the right strategic step for our family-run company," said Darin Neslein, owner of Southeastern System Services. "My parents built this business from the ground up. We're grateful to be aligned with Pye-Barker for our continued growth, all while maintaining the family feel that is so crucial to who we are."

"Southeastern System Services is, at its core, a family business," said Bart Proctor, CEO of Pye-Barker. "I knew from our very first conversation that we were aligned in our values and that they would be a perfect fit to join our close-knit organization. Not only that, but they bring immeasurable knowledge and expertise to the table, solidifying Pye-Barker's fire safety presence in the Southeast."

Southeastern System Services' skilled technicians will continue to serve customers in the Southeast, alongside Pye-Barker's teams. Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP, represented Pye-Barker in the transaction.
