ADS Security acquires Security Specialists of S.C.

Acquisition is the company's first of 2019 after making eight acquisitions in 2018

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (02/25/19) –ADS Security (ADS), a regional security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, has acquired the customer accounts of Security Specialists in Lexington, South Carolina. ADS will service the new customer accounts out of its Columbia, South Carolina branch. Security Specialists’ owner, John Kerce, and his team will be joining ADS Security.

“Security Specialists is a great company and we are very fortunate to have John and his team joining ADS Security. Together, we will be able to provide better security to more homes and businesses in the Columbia area,” said John Cerasuolo, ADS President and CEO.

Security Specialists’ customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of residential and commercial services, including an industry-leading mobile app, smart home technologies, video surveillance, and access control solutions. Additionally, ADS owns and operates an elite, monitoring center located in Nashville, Tennessee, where customers can call and speak to a live person, 24/7/365.
