SAGE Integration has acquired Vital Installs and sudoVision Consulting, expanding the company’s security integration capabilities for commercial customers and government agencies.
The acquisitions add expertise in low-voltage systems, infrastructure and technology applications while expanding SAGE’s national delivery platform, the company announced Aug. 5.
Vital Installs, which has an office in Columbus, Ohio, provides security system solutions, structured cabling and network installation services. Charlotte, North Carolina-based sudoVision Consulting is an SDVOSB-certified firm that provides technologies and services to commercial and government clients.
The acquisitions are intended to strengthen its ability to serve complex customer environments where physical security, network infrastructure and emerging technologies increasingly intersect.
“Adding Vital Installs and sudoVision Consulting is an important step in our continued growth,” said John Nemorofsky, COO of SAGE Integration. “Their teams bring specialized capabilities that align directly with where our clients’ needs are headed: secure facilities, dependable infrastructure, and smarter technology solutions delivered with speed and precision.”
Omid Jaafari, founder and owner of sudoVision, said joining SAGE will allow the company to bring its services to a broader customer base.
“We are thrilled to join the SAGE family. Since day one, our mission has been to deliver exceptional service and trusted solutions to every customer we support,” Jaafari said. “As part of SAGE, we’re excited to expand that commitment, bringing our expertise, innovation, and customer-first approach to an even broader community. The future is bright, and we’re just getting started.”
SAGE said the additions further its development of a national security and technology services organization serving customers across a range of industries. The company provides security integration and support services to enterprise clients nationwide.
