ISS Expands SecurOS UVSS Line With Four New Solutions and Enhanced Performance Capabilities

ISS has launched four new SecurOS UVSS solutions and introduced platform-wide performance upgrades for under-vehicle threat detection.
ISS (Intelligent Security Systems) has announced a major expansion of its SecurOS® Under-Vehicle Surveillance Solution (UVSS) product line, introducing four solution tiers designed to address a range of security requirements while adding significant performance and functionality enhancements across the platform.
The updated SecurOS UVSS portfolio now includes Essential, Pro, Elite and Mobile versions, each tailored to specific operational environments and security needs. According to ISS, the expanded lineup is designed to provide greater flexibility, speed and accuracy for undercarriage threat detection.
The SecurOS UVSS Essential is aimed at facilities with a single vehicle entry point. The solution replaces manual undercarriage inspections with an automated "digital mirror" system and supports vehicle screening at speeds of up to 9 mph. Organizations can add optional capabilities including a 3D magnifying lens, automatic image comparison, visual anomaly maps and an AI-driven foreign object detector.
For organizations managing multiple vehicle entry points, the SecurOS UVSS Pro offers a distributed architecture that allows a single security team to manage and synchronize data from up to three checkpoints. Standard features include advanced 3D lens functionality, automatic undercarriage image comparison and precise marking of suspicious areas. Optional enhancements include an AI-based foreign object detector, magnetic suspicious maps, the SecurOS Motus VO21 driver camera with the SecurOS FaceX facial recognition module and an automated platform cleaning system. The platform also supports third-party integrations, failover clustering and one-to-one failover while screening vehicles traveling up to 22 mph.
The SecurOS UVSS Elite is designed for large-scale and high-security operations where screening speed and system resilience are critical. The solution supports an unlimited number of checkpoints and failover clustering, enabling continuous operation around the clock while screening vehicles at speeds of up to 30 mph. The Elite version includes the capabilities of the Pro platform and can be expanded with optional additions such as the SecurOS Motus VO21 driver camera, SecurOS FaceX software and an automated cleaning system.
ISS also introduced the SecurOS UVSS Mobile, a portable screening solution designed for rapid deployment. Housed in durable transport cases, the system can be relocated and set up as needed for temporary checkpoints. The mobile platform provides the same high-resolution imaging and AI-powered analytics available in the company's fixed UVSS solutions.
In addition to the new product lineup, ISS announced several platform-wide enhancements. Processing speeds have increased to as much as 1,000 frames per second and new stitching algorithms are designed to improve the quality of stitched undercarriage imagery. The company also reported vehicle throughput speeds of up to 30 mph, helping reduce inspection bottlenecks at checkpoints.
The updated platform also features an enhanced AI engine intended to improve foreign object detection capabilities. ISS said the system now supports new universal checkpoint business processes and includes expanded enterprise functionality for corporate users.
"We are constantly pushing the boundaries of what our technology can do to enhance safety and security," said Aluisio Figueiredo, CEO of ISS. "These updates to the SecurOS® UVSS are a direct result of our commitment to innovation, delivering tangible benefits to our customers by enabling faster, more accurate, and more reliable vehicle inspections in the most demanding security environments."
Alongside the product launch, ISS announced the debut of a dedicated UVSS website intended to provide additional information about the technology and the company's under-vehicle screening solutions.
