SANTA ANA, Calif./ATLANTA – January 5, 2022 -- Allied Universal, a leading global security and facility services company, recently announced the acquisition of Norred & Associates, Inc. – a Atlanta, Georgia-based full-service security firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With revenues in excess of $36 million and more than 830 employees, Norred & Associates has been providing clients with a full range of security services encompassing manned guarding, investigations, pre-employment screening and security consulting.
