HiveWatch, a physical security software company reimagining how organizations keep their people and assets safe, today announced a partnership with RSPNDR to deliver more efficient, streamlined communication and dispatch of field and guard resources for customers.
The partnership enhances incident management, enabling both HiveWatch and RSPNDR to offer an embedded, end-to-end solution that allows global security operations center (GSOC) operators monitoring disparate sites to generate a security response through RSPNDR with the click of a button. This automation accelerates the communication process as the operator can send details of an emerging incident directly to field and guarding resources, making incident response more efficient.

Custom responses can be communicated through the HiveWatch GSOC Operating System (OS) or Command Center via the Guard Mobile App to RSPNDR’s network of distributed mobile guard companies to respond to incidents on demand, as well as provide transparency, data analytics, and reporting for security leaders.
