Bloom Consulting Group announces formation of Board of Advisors

Industry leaders with expertise in security, IT and risk management bring valuable insight and support to growth-focused consulting firm

Redmond, Wash., --December 9, 2015 – Bloom Consulting Group and Project Management Group, Inc., a business management consulting firm that delivers strategic services to security, marketing and sales executives, today announced the formation of its Board of Advisors. The board will provide guidance to help accelerate growth and provide insight into continued opportunities within the high-tech and security marketplace.

 Bloom Consulting Group continues to diversify its business and acquire new customers, which has driven the company to create an advisory board to shape future innovation and increase market penetration. With the assistance of the board’s leadership and vision, the company will focus on consulting that provides world-class experiences to clients by building first-to-market, universal Windows applications for the modern enterprise.

 The company’s Board of Advisors is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from within the security and high-tech industries. Each selected individual will lend the board their respective leadership, industry and operational expertise, and provide insights on developing strategies and solutions to ensure Bloom’s ongoing success. Initial board members include Shawn Usher, President and CEO, Sparkhound; Ray O’Hara CPP, Executive Vice President of AS Solution; and Robert Hile, Director of Enterprise Command Centers for SureView Systems.

 As President and CEO of Sparkhound, Usher focuses on finding unique ways to solve a client’s business and technology challenges. Over the past 18 years, he has shaped Sparkhound into a leading IT services company serving mid-market and enterprise customers. Its end-to-end approach includes the delivery of business consulting, technology solutions and managed services. As a long-time Microsoft partner, Usher brings a unique understanding of the enterprise customer to the board.

 O’Hara has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and investigations services, corporate security and law enforcement including managing large-scale security consulting and investigations projects in emerging markets and developing international executive protection, crisis management and response plans. He is a co-founder of the Global Security Risk Management Alliance, an organization that recognizes the blurring distinctions between traditional and logical security. O’Hara has served as Chairman of the Board and President of the ASIS International Board of Directors, and he has served as President of ASIS’ Professional Certification Board and Chair of the ASIS International Investigations Council.
