Bar as Vice President, Account Management and Sales Operations. He joins HR Plus with more than 30 years of sales operations and marketing experience.

Prior to HR Plus, Bar operated his own consulting business and specialized in successfully improving sales performance and operations for organizations. He also has leadership experience in sales operations with several national and international organizations, including Buck Consultants, FedEx Kinko's and Manpower.
Bar has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Niagara University. He is also involved with many professional and community associations including Sales Executive Council, Sales and Marketing Executives International, American Marketing Association, and M.A.D.D. Advisory Board.
