Boon Edam has announced a strategic partnership with Sitemetric focused on a customized mobile full-height turnstile for construction sites.

Marketed as the Sitemetric Deluxe Turnstile, the solution combines Boon Edam’s Turnlock 100 Mobile Platform with Sitemetric’s Integrated Construction Intelligence platform. The companies developed the turnstile to provide a standardized access control solution that can be deployed across Sitemetric construction projects.

Boon Edam and Sitemetric began discussions around developing a standardized mobile full-height turnstile that could be consistently deployed across construction sites. Within a few months, the companies agreed on a customized solution that was prototyped to meet Sitemetric’s operational, technical and branding requirements before being field tested.

The Sitemetric Deluxe Turnstile incorporates Sitemetric branding and proprietary factory-integrated technology. The units are shipped fully assembled for deployment and can be relocated as construction sites evolve.

Boon Edam began shipping the turnstiles in the second quarter of 2026. The customized units are manufactured and stocked at Boon Edam’s factory in North Carolina to support demand for Sitemetric’s Integrated Construction Intelligence platform.

Based on the Turnlock 100 Mobile Platform, the Sitemetric Deluxe Turnstile features a forklift-ready diamond plate platform that can be shipped directly to a jobsite and positioned without anchor bolts or permanent infrastructure. Its mobile design allows the turnstile to move as construction perimeters and access points change.

Sitemetric CEO Rich Riley said the company sought a high-performance security entrance that could be standardized for its Integrated Construction Intelligence platform while supporting rapid deployment, reliable operation and relocation as jobsites change.

“At Sitemetric, we are providing services and data to projects at every scale, including the country’s mission-critical hyperscale construction projects,” Riley said. “We back up our onsite access control and security with our Joint Security and Operations Center (JSOC), which monitors every site around the clock, responding in real time the moment something needs attention.”

Riley added that Boon Edam worked with Sitemetric on the branded turnstile while accommodating its manufacturing, stocking and delivery requirements.
