Brivo Introduces Genius Mobile Agent Conversational AI for Access Control

Brivo has introduced Brivo Genius Mobile Agent, a conversational AI interface integrated into the Brivo Access Mobile App that allows users to execute security actions using voice or text commands.

The feature enables administrators to initiate critical responses, including site-wide lockdowns, as well as routine access control adjustments directly from a mobile device. Commands entered or spoken within the app can trigger predefined access control protocols without requiring manual navigation through system menus.

The Mobile Agent is designed to operate within the broader Brivo Security Suite and can be used alongside AI-driven video analytics capabilities, including Eagle Eye Gun Detection, which is designed to identify potential firearms in camera feeds.

According to the company, administrators can issue commands such as activating a full lockdown to initiate emergency access procedures in real time. The interface is intended to streamline system interaction and reduce response times during critical incidents.

Brivo positions the Genius Mobile Agent as an extension of its cloud-based access control platform, aimed at simplifying system management while enabling faster operational decision-making.
