Per Mar Security acquires two Indiana-based companies

Davenport, Iowa-based Per Mar Security recently announced that it has acquired the assets of two Indiana-based companies, Centech Security Systems, Inc. and S&L Services, Inc.

According to a statement, the accounts of the two companies will be serviced from the Per Mar branch office located in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Per Mar is a full service security provider offering a full range of security and fire alarms, monitoring services, guard service, investigations and employment screening. Per Mar also offers interactive systems and services to control alarm systems, heating and cooling systems, cameras and lighting.

Executives of both Centech and S&L Services were assisted by Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group in the transactions.
