Philadelphia-based Vector Security announced this week that it has acquired residential security services provider Cain Security.
According to a statement issued by Vector Security, the acquisition will allow the company to take over Cain’s customer accounts, which are primarily located throughout the Washington D.C. area.
Vector Security will also retain all of Cain Security’s employees, as well as its office in Alexandria, Va.
