Brinks Home Names Bryan Grzeck as Chief Sales Officer

Brinks Home announced that Bryan Grzeck will join the company as Chief Sales Officer, effective December 1. This role will see Grzeck leading Brinks Home’s sales strategy across all channels, including the direct-to-home and direct-to-consumer teams.

Grzeck joins from SafeStreets — one of the nation’s largest ADT dealers — where he most recently served as executive vice president of direct sales and dealer operations. Over his 15-year career in the security industry he has built and led national sales organizations, growing operations from the ground up and managing teams responsible for tens of thousands of installations annually.

Grzeck began his career in customer retention before moving into direct sales, gaining a full understanding of the customer journey. He brings a combination of hands-on experience and data-driven leadership focused on building high-performance sales cultures.

His appointment coincides with Brinks Home’s launch of BHX, a new recruiting and sales platform designed to redefine how the company attracts, enables and supports sales professionals. In his new role Grzeck will oversee the continued growth of BHX, integrating sales strategy and enablement to build a scalable platform built around brand credibility, technology and culture.
