ASHBURN, Va. – November 24, 2008 – Top information security professionals from government and industry will share best practices and valuable insights at Security Solutions 2009, the premier annual event hosted by Telos Corporation. Security Solutions 2009 provides leaders with a forum where they can discuss cutting-edge solutions for information assurance, secure networks, secure messaging and identity management.

Scheduled to take place May 12-15, 2009 at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina in Tampa, Fla., the event will feature new and returning presenters from military branches, the intelligence community and civilian agencies. Sessions will be led by subject matter experts from Telos and other industry leaders, who will offer new ideas for maximizing return on investment in information security. There will also be ample opportunity for conference attendees to interact one-on-one with presenters as well as experience emerging technologies in a hands-on environment.

Security Solutions has previously featured speakers such as Major General William T. Lord, provisional commander of Air Force Cyber Command; General Hugh Shelton, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; and Major General Dale Meyerrose, Associate Director of National Intelligence, CIO of the ODNI.

"2009 will mark the sixth year Security Solutions has assembled security leadership from across the government to share best practices," said Telos CEO John B. Wood. "Attendees learn from their peers and from security experts of the highest caliber. The event is constructed to promote direct interaction between presenters and attendees, which results in a great forum for education and networking."
