Built directly into the System Surveyor platform, AI Notetaker uses AI-powered transcription and summarization to record site walk discussions, observations, requirements and design notes during site surveys and collaborative planning sessions. Rather than relying on handwritten notes, fragmented emails, or post-meeting recollections, teams can create a more complete record of project conversations and decisions as they happen.  

Once a recording is completed, AI Notetaker automatically generates a structured summary that can serve as the foundation for project documentation, system design discussions, and scope-of-work development. By preserving important details early in the project lifecycle, teams can reduce manual documentation efforts, improve consistency across stakeholders, and maintain a clearer system of record from sales through installation and lifecycle management.  

AI Notetaker complements System Surveyor's digital site survey and collaborative design capabilities, where users can import floor plans, place devices, capture photos, document requirements, and create professional system documentation within a shared workspace. As a public Beta release, the feature is available today to customers on Scale, Corporate, Campus, and Enterprise subscription plans.
