Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) will hold its 38th Dealer Roundtable Oct. 5-6 at Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs, Colorado, bringing together dealers, company leadership and other industry professionals for discussions on business practices, products and company culture.
The Dealer Roundtable, which DMP has held since 2013, is designed to give management, technicians and sales professionals an opportunity to exchange ideas through tabletop exercises, peer discussions and access to DMP’s Executive Management Group.
Topics for the event will include DMP products and implementation, operational efficiency, sales, company culture and leadership.
“Dealer Roundtable is unlike any other dealer event,” said Mark Hillenburg, DMP vice president of industry relations. “Every single person in your company has something to bring to the table. We’ve had dealers learn business-altering strategies they may not have considered otherwise.”
Retired U.S. Air Force pilot Lt. Col. Jason O. Harris will deliver a presentation on building a culture of trust within an organization. Harris, an author and keynote speaker, developed No Fail Trust, an approach focused on creating trust between leaders and employees.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in a flight simulator experience at Hotel Polaris designed to put communication, collaboration and trust into practice. The activity will use F-16 and Boeing 737 MAX simulators.
Registration for the Dealer Roundtable closes Sept. 18. Hotel Polaris room reservations must be made by Sept. 4. Meals and the on-site activity are included with the event.
