AURA Targets Recurring Revenue for Installers With New Partner Program

AURA’s new program gives security dealers and integrators access to its responder network and technology platform for adding physical response services to customer sites.

AURA, a provider of on-demand security response, has launched its Installer & Dealer Program that allows security installers, dealers and systems integrators to add physical response services and generate recurring monthly revenue.

The program is designed to work alongside existing alarm, video surveillance and monitoring services. Partners can add physical response without operating response vehicles, employing guards or building additional response infrastructure.

Through the program, partners receive access to AURA’s technology platform and network of vetted private security responders. When an alarm is triggered, the nearest responder in the network is automatically dispatched to the location. AURA said average response times are under 20 minutes.

The service can be integrated with existing alarm systems, video surveillance installations, monitoring centers and central stations without requiring businesses to replace the technologies they already use.

The program also includes a mobile-first site activation tool that technicians can use during installation to record access instructions, key contacts and site-specific risks. That information is available when an incident occurs.

Partners purchase the service at a fixed rate per site per month and set their own customer pricing. AURA manages the technology platform, responder dispatch and its network of response providers.

“Security installers and dealers have spent years helping customers improve detection through alarms, cameras, and monitoring,” said David Myers, president of AURA US. “The next opportunity is helping customers close the gap between detection and response. Our Security Installer & Dealer Program enables partners to offer trusted physical guard response as part of their existing services, creating an additional recurring revenue opportunity without adding operational complexity.”

AURA co-founder and CEO Warren Myers said partnerships with security installers, dealers and integrators will play an increasingly important role as the company expands across the United States.

“Our goal is to work alongside the existing security ecosystem, enabling businesses to offer a comprehensive solution while leveraging AURA’s technology and responder network,” Myers said. “The Installer & Dealer Program represents an important step in building a more connected, responsive security infrastructure.”

AURA is also hosting an online Installer & Dealer Masterclass covering how the program works, the commercial model for partners and the steps required to participate. The session is intended for security installers, dealers, systems integrators and monitoring providers.
