Gianini Spirache began his security career as a field technician in the late 1990s before advancing into leadership and regional management roles.
Summit Access & Security, based in Farmingdale, New York, has appointed Gianini Spirache as district manager for its Mid-Atlantic region.
Spirache will focus on developing regional teams, strengthening customer relationships and supporting continued growth for the security solutions and physical security integration provider.
He began his career in the late 1990s as a field technician before advancing into leadership and regional management roles. Most recently, he spent eight years as a regional service manager, leading field service teams and managing key customer relationships. His experience includes electronic security, field service operations and team development.
Sean O’Hayre, CEO and president of Summit Access & Security, said Spirache’s progression through the industry gives him insight into customer and employee needs.
“His career path, from field technician to regional leader, gives him a rare, ground-level understanding of what our customers need and what our employees need to succeed,” O’Hayre said.
Spirache said his priorities include supporting employees and delivering practical solutions for customers.
“My goal is to build strong, supported teams that deliver consistently outstanding service, deepen the relationships we have with our customers and help Summit continue to grow across the region,” he said.
