M3T Corp names new COO and promotes two new directors

Tamara Metcalf, Steve Nibbelink, and Tom Beers transition leadership roles to position the firm to deliver exceptional customer experiences

In September 2021, M3T Corporation restructures its leadership staff to continue meeting and exceeding clients’ needs. Tamara Metcalf is appointed to Chief Operating Officer. Tom Beers is promoted to Director of Strategic Solutions and Operations and Steve Nibbelink, CHPA, CA-AM is named Director of Business Development.

During Tamara’s nearly 10-year M3T career, she has performed exceptionally in almost every Operations related position from Operations Coordinator to Manager of Procurement and Technical Services. Each step of the way, Tamara has made the groups she leads function as a team, perform more efficiently, and drive customer satisfaction.

As M3T Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer, Tamara Metcalf is tasked with driving and achieving our Mission of “Providing Assurance through Integrated Solutions and Performance Excellence.

Tom Beers previously spent  5 years with M3T Corporation in a variety of roles: He moved from Field Technician to Account Manager to Project Manager to Strategic Solutions Education Manager. Tom’s security knowledge and 15+ years of locksmith experience allow him to perform any job within the company.

As Director of Strategic Solutions and Operations, Tom will be responsible for directing, training, and the overall development of a cohesive team (Integration Technicians, Design Engineers, and Project Managers). This allows us to improve our performance with our internal and external clients while continuing to ensure our processes meet our customer’s expectations.

Steve Nibbelink has over 20 years of Director and Manager experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, and operations nationwide. He has a deep industry knowledge of how clients wish to be treated which has added tremendous value to M3T’s solutions and services.

As our Director of Business Development, Steve Nibbelink, CHPA, CA-AM, will be responsible for seeking and cultivating new relationships with potential clients while acting as the liaison between internal and external clients. He will be introducing our new and existing product lines and solutions to new clients while working to grow our Business Development team.
