Brooks Safety Solutions Names Garland Williams CEO and Sean Kramer President
Brooks Safety Solutions (BSS), a provider of fire, life safety, and security solutions based in North Carolina, announced a leadership transition with Garland Williams appointed as CEO and Sean Kramer as President, effective immediately. Eric Smith, CEO since 2010, will remain on the Board of Directors to provide strategic guidance.
Williams brings nearly 30 years of experience with Ferguson Enterprises, where he held senior leadership roles overseeing $20 billion in revenue and drove market expansion, operational transformation, and customer experience improvements.

Kramer joins BSS with more than two decades of experience in digital transformation and operational excellence. Most recently, he was Chief Digital Officer at Artera Services and previously served as Executive Vice President of Digital & Technology at SiteOne Landscape Supply. His background also includes technology leadership roles at Volkswagen Group of America and Stellantis.
