Allied Universal acquires FJC Security Services

Acquisition comes just two weeks after company’s purchase of Apollo International

Allied Universal on Monday announced that it has acquired Floral Park, N.Y.-based FJC Security Services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The announcement comes just two weeks after Allied Universal’s purchase of Apollo International, which provides uniformed security officers, risk management consulting, vulnerability assessments and other security/asset protection programs across 30 states.

A provider of uniformed security services, FJC has a staff of 6,300 that serves residential complexes, college campuses, government buildings, healthcare facilities, commercial businesses and construction projects for major airports and high-profile public landmarks. The company’s overall annual revenue totals nearly $300 million.
