The Security Industry Association has named the 2026 recipients of its 25 on the RISE Awards, recognizing emerging professionals for their contributions to the security industry.

Presented by SIA’s RISE community, the annual program recognizes 25 security professionals across six categories: Branding, Culture, Frontline, Growth, Innovation and Leadership. The 2026 program is sponsored by Axis Communications, Genetec, Grid Squared Systems and HID.

The honorees will receive funding to attend Securing New Ground, SIA’s security industry executive conference, where they will be recognized during a special ceremony.

Nominations for the 25 on the RISE Awards were open to security industry professionals who are under age 40 or have less than two years of experience in the industry.

“The 25 on the RISE program is the leading industry recognition program for young professionals, and we are proud to recognize the 2026 class of awardees,” said SIA CEO Don Erickson.

Erickson said the program, now in its fourth year, drew an “outstanding candidate pool” for 2026, with recipients contributing in areas including consulting, marketing, sales, technology innovation and executive leadership.

The Branding category recognizes individuals who excel in content creation and personal branding to develop a unique value proposition and build influence for themselves or their companies.
