RightCrowd announced the appointment of two new vice presidents to its expanding team of experienced security professionals.

RightCrowd announced the appointment of two new vice presidents to its expanding team of experienced security professionals.

The two newly created positions have been awarded to Lenora Thomas as vice president of operations, and Dan Ireland as vice president of partners and alliances. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Lenora Thomas will be stationed at RightCrowd’s office in Canada. With over 20 years of experience in security and risk technology, Lenora has held strategic leadership roles in customer success, support, project management and operations. She has worked with both global and start up organizations, focusing on scaling up their operations and revenue. In her new role as VP of Operations at RightCrowd, Lenora will lead Project Management activities, work with the Customer Delivery team to further improve processes, and provide strategic and tactical guidance to improve the customer experience.

Dan Ireland will be working from RightCrowd’s Canada office location. A seasoned security, software and technology enthusiast working in the electronic security industry since 1992, Dan has consistently provided impactful results in diverse roles including manufacturer sales, software solution sales, partner program management, integrator sales, and security consulting. In his new role as VP of Partners and Alliances, Dan will manage all channel and reseller programs, partner and integrator relationships, and technology decisions related to partners and integrators. He will also serve as the conduit between customers and reseller partners to help facilitate smooth and mutually beneficial outcomes for all involved.
