RightCrowd appoints Rick Batchelor as Director of Customer Success

Seattle, WA, Feb. 13, 2023  RightCrowd (ASX: RCW / OTCQB: RCWDF), a global provider of safety, security and compliance solutions that manage the access and presence of people, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Batchelor as its new Director of Customer Success. In this role, Batchelor will be responsible for driving customer engagement and satisfaction by developing programs and processes that drive adoption, retention and growth for RightCrowd’s clients.

Batchelor brings over 12 years of experience in the security industry, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth. Prior to joining RightCrowd, Batchelor served as the Senior Customer Success Manager at Igloo Software, where he helped lead a team that delivered exceptional customer experiences for large-scale enterprise customers with over 100,000 employees and drove significant revenue growth.
