Acre Security’s Access It! 13.0 refreshes the platform’s desktop and web experience with updated layouts, streamlined credential management and a new System Insights dashboard.
Acre Security has introduced a redesigned user interface and user experience for Access It!, its on-premises access control platform, as part of the release of Access It! 13.0.
The update refreshes both the desktop and web clients with new layouts, updated tables and icons and a more consistent design while retaining the platform's existing workflows.
Acre said the changes are intended to make information easier to locate and reduce the number of steps required to perform common tasks.
Access It! 13.0 includes a new credential grid along with expanded sorting and filtering capabilities. Users can apply per-column filters, search records, use Boolean logic and drag and drop information when creating groupings.
The release also introduces a System Insights view that consolidates live warnings, key system counts and system health information into a single dashboard.
"This refresh is about making Access It! easier and faster to use while protecting what customers already value about the platform," said Kumar Sokka, CEO of Acre Security. "Security teams should not have to choose between a modern experience and the workflows they know. With Access It! 13.0, they gain both, backed by the services and support to help them get more from their investment over time."
Acre said the updated interface was designed to preserve familiar workflows for existing customers, reducing potential disruption and the need for extensive retraining.
The company also positioned the release as an update for its VAR and systems integrator partners, giving them a revised platform experience while allowing customers to continue using their existing access control deployments.
Access It! is supported through Acre Solutions, the company's services division. Available services include migration readiness workshops, migration services, Acre Care and Acre Care Pro as well as training and certification programs.
According to Acre, those services cover the process from initial planning and migration through ongoing system operations.
Acre first presented the refreshed Access It! experience to partners during Access Austin on Aug. 31. The company plans to showcase Access It! 13.0 at booth #4170 during GSX 2026 in Atlanta, Sept. 14-16.
