WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ – August 20, 2019: COPS Monitoring, the largest provider of wholesale professional alarm services in North America, announced today the promotion of Eric Scrivana to the newly created position of Operations Project Manager.  In his new position based at COPS’ NJ National Headquarters, Scrivana will focus on maintaining high quality and consistency of services at each of the 6 locations in COPS’ award-winning network of six UL listed monitoring stations.

“With sustained yearly double-digit growth for nearly a decade, it’s essential that we continue to pay very close attention to the fundamentals,” said Jim McMullen, President and COO of COPS.  “We continue to prepare our management team to take our staff to 1,000 employees and beyond.  Eric will be providing focused support to our front line management team at each of our locations and will further refine our ability to develop and deploy new services and features while ensuring service excellence and efficient communication amongst all management and team members.”
