May 21, 2024 -- At the Acadian Companies annual meeting on May 7, Acadian Total Security leader Brandon Niles recognized Monitoring Team Leader Javen Noel as its 2024 Employee of the Year.
Noel joined the team in September 2021 and has consistently impressed colleagues and clients alike with her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Noel's commitment extends beyond her own role. She actively participates in training new hires and readily takes on additional shifts and covers for supervisors whenever needed, ensuring smooth operations and continued support for her team.

She is married to Kevin Noel, Jr., and their family includes their two children, Anni-Elle and Braxton, a dog, a cat, and a tortoise.
