Viau named as company’s new chief operating officer

Minneapolis - (December 17, 2013) – VideoTronix, Incorporated dba VTI Security announces that Bryan Viau has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, effective September 1, 2013.

Bryan has been with VTI since 1996, first serving as the President of Loss Control Solutions, a subsidiary software company, until its sale in 2003.   Since becoming Executive Vice President of VTI, he has been the driving force behind building a strong company culture based on being a "trusted business partner" to our customers and colleagues.

"His capacity to look at issues on an enterprise-wide basis and provide a sensible approach to decision-making not only demonstrates his understanding of our business, but also shows the qualities that enable him to provide oversight and direction to our business operations", said Thomas Asp, President and CEO of VTI Security.

“As a former director of security, I sought partnerships based on mutual trust and respect”, said Viau. "I bring that perspective to VTI where we have developed a culture of accountability and strive to earn the relationship of a trusted business partner with our customers.  We must pay particular attention to our operational efficiencies and people resources during periods of significant growth like 2013 to make sure we continue to execute on the performance expectations that we’ve set for ourselves and our customers”.
