LifeSafety Power gears up for PSA-TEC 2016

Presenting new BICSI Accredited Coursework, showcasing premier vendor status and new directions at leading systems integration conference

Mundelein, IL – April 19, 2016—LifeSafety Power® Inc., a leader in Smarter Power Solutions and patented remote networking capabilities, will present a newly BICSI accredited continuing education credit course during PSA TEC 2016, May 9 through 12 in Westminster, Colo., as well as highlight other recent announcements and accomplishments at the annual integrator-centric event.

The CEU session scheduled for Monday, May 9 at 1:15 p.m., LifeSafety Power Factory Certification Course has been recognized as qualifying to earn BICSI technicians three certification credits. The course will be taught by Joe Holland, LifeSafety Power’s vice president of engineering and a co-founder of the company, who will provide in-depth training on the LifeSafety Power approach to power management design and installation.

LifeSafety Power will also be at the show in its new role as a PSA Security Premier Vendor, making it an integral part of the world’s largest electronic security cooperative and a notable manufacturer of networked power solutions. The company will be at exhibit space A36 on Wednesday, May 11, providing the latest information on its product line, including the award winning FlexPower® Gemini RGM, a compact, rackmount solution that provides a complete mechanical drawer design with the UL/cUL listing for all integrated components (power and Mercury Security controllers) within the enclosure. The product saves space and provides installation efficiencies in the field while compactly and securely mounting Mercury Security access controllers in a 19-inch rack configuration suited for small footprints such as data centers and IT closets. When deployed with LifeSafety Power network communication modules, integrators can remotely monitor power to both Mercury panels and locks to provide additional managed services to customers while adding recurring monthly revenue.
