Zeus Fire and Security Acquires Gallaher & Associates in Tennessee
Zeus Fire and Security, a portfolio company of Baltimore-based Access Holdings, has announced a new partnership with Gallaher & Associates. Under the agreement, Gallaher will join Zeus to facilitate its expansion into Tennessee and the broader Southeastern U.S.
Gallaher holds a long-standing reputation for innovation, customer service and expertise in fire, security and communication solutions, according to the announcement.

Zeus was formed in 2022 as a platform business that partners with leading fire safety and security operators. The company said the partnership with Gallaher advances its ongoing mission to expand its best-in-class services across North America.

Kirk MacDowell, President of MacGuard Security Advisors, served as a key advisor to Gallaher and the Gallaher family during the transaction. He said Zeus has acquired one of Tennessee’s most respected and treasured companies positioning them to accelerate their impressive growth trajectory.
