Richard “Rich” E. Widup, Jr., CPP, has advanced to the presidency of ASIS International (ASIS), the leading organization for security management professionals worldwide. He is the 59th president of ASIS. Mr. Widup, who currently serves as senior director, corporate security for Purdue Pharma, LP., joined ASIS in 2000 and the ASIS CSO Roundtable, an exclusive forum for senior security professionals, in 2008.
